Come one, come all!!!! It is Christmas in July, so my gift to each and everyone is: FREE Zumba classes starting Thursday, July 7th @ 6:00 and every Monday & Thursday (with the exception of the 21st) for the entire month of July. Ok ALL!!! As of last Friday, the 24th, after the Governor said we could open, we did. So I just wanted to let everyone know. Please observe the sign on the front door & then, if you are well, please read the 2 posted signs inside directly across from you upon entering your first time back. There is no cure, there is no vaccine - so we must all do our part to keep things as clean & safe as possible. But exercising is one step toward a healthier body!!! Please, if you need to contact me for anything - do so by phone or text (254-4876). I rarely have time to get on FB so if you send me a FB message, it may not get answered for some time. Thank you for patience & understanding during this difficult time & we pray you all stay safe, healthy & blessed. Remember: Psalm 91

Ok everyone! The time has finally arrived. We will officially open September 1st. We are having a grand "sneak peek" reopening today, Friday from 10:30 to 2:00 and then again from 4:30 to 6:30. Then on Saturday from 9:00 to 2:00. I would love to see you at one of those time periods. I have truly missed you all!! This is not just for previous members. Carlous & I would love to have anyone who is interested or even just curious to stop by & see our facility. I will be setting up appointments to meet "newbies" in the next few days. But I will not sign up new members during this time. I want to be able talk to everyone if they drop by. I know it is a holiday weekend & some of you may be out of town. But just give me a call or text me @ 254-4876 & we will talk. 10/10/18
is a day we will all never forget. So many of us had so much damage. But God can make good things come out of the bad & he has truly blessed us (and so many others) & now we have a better facility for it. There is still a little work that needs to be completed, but it is time for us all to get back to it. Thank you all for your patience & I look forward to seeing each & every one of you!! LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!

🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️💪 Dear Members,

Seminole Fitness gym facility sustained substantial damage during Hurricane Micheal. We are in the process of salvaging what we can but the building will be torn down.

Our group fitness studio will continue to offer morning and evening Zumba classes at regular times.

The good news is that WE WILL REBUILD! We hope to have a new building completed in the New Year. We will continue to offer updates on the timeline.

We appreciate all of your calls and look forward to our new Seminole Fitness future!

🌀 MEMBER NOTICE 🌀

Due to the approaching hurricane and the possibility of power surges we have decided to close the gym beginning 10AM Wednesday morning until further notice. We are trying to prevent the entry system from getting damaged for a 3rd time!

Reopening is TBD and based on storm damage and power outages. Please check back here or text Barb at 254-4876.

Also please note that ALL THURSDAY ZUMBA is cancelled as well!

Due to a lightening strike damaging our computer system we are temporarily needing to close the gym! Your KEY FOB will not work to open the door.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but are working to have it fixed ASAP!
