We are so excited that very SOON, work will begin to restore the historic Olive Theatre and bring the arts back to our community.

After a lengthy grant process that began in 2023, funding has been secured to make important improvements to the Olive Theatre, including roof repairs, new air-conditioning units, interior cleanup, and potentially a new awning. Mike Conder and Dehildren Development and Construction are expected to begin completing this work soon, bringing the theatre one step closer to reopening its doors.

But restoring the building is only part of the vision. We also need community members to help bring back the Seminole Arts Council.

An active Arts Council can create new opportunities for grants, programs, performances, exhibits, and other cultural activities for our community. Individuals and businesses are encouraged to join and help rebuild an organization dedicated to supporting local arts and creativity.
