If you have questions, I have answers.
Nutrition? Ask.
Exercise technique? Ask.
Mental toughness? Ask.
Athletic development? Ask.
I’ve always told my clients and athletes, don’t ever be afraid to ask me anything in the gym. That’s what a coach is supposed to do. My job isn’t just to count reps—it’s to educate, correct, and help you understand the “why” behind the work.
Experience has put me in a position where I can help people avoid mistakes and get results the right way. If there was a training facility oversight board for exercise ex*****on and coaching standards, I’d have a seat at the table.
Today’s video is Miss Ebony putting in work with a complex posterior chain movement. Glutes, hamstrings, lower back, core, stability, coordination—all working together. It’s not about doing flashy exercises. It’s about mastering movement patterns that build strength for life.
Knowledge + Ex*****on + Consistency = Results.
Ask questions. Learn the craft. Put in the work.
