2. Family membership for 6 months is $110

Interested in saving a little money? Then pay your membership annually. When paid in full, annual single membership is $100 and family is $200.

Check out our new equipment at the wellness center!

Did you know that Doland has a Wellness Center open to the public 24 hours a day / 7 days a week?!! And guess what?!! It's located by the library! And guess what?!! There is new equipment in there donated by some generous people in the community! I've been asked to pass on the following (thank you for all you all do to help our community grow and thrive)...

A NuStep T5 has been donated to the Doland Area Wellness Center. Thank you for the generous donation!

A NuStep has easy on, easy off access and provides a unique upper and lower body workout. It is used by many physical therapists to help patients with hip, knee and shoulder surgery as well as heart surgery. It provides a full body, low impact workout.

The Doland School has purchased some new weight equipment. Check out the NuStep and weight equipment at the fitness center, located in the Doland School.

To get a membership to the fitness center or renew your membership, contact Kam at City Hall, #635-6590.

Membership dues have changed! Our new membership options are:

6 months - single $50 and family $100
1 year - single $90 and family $180

Key fob deposit is $15

Membership dues can be paid to Kam at City Hall in Doland. Her hours are M-F 8-12 and 1-3:30 pm. Her number is 605-635-6590.

Doland Area Wellness Center has moved!

On December 21st, the Doland Area Wellness Center was moved into its new location in the Doland School. A huge thank you to Dan & LeAnne Bawek for the use of their office space for the past several months.

The fitness center equipment has all been moved to an area which we all will remember as the concession stand in the old school. The space has been expanded and our equipment has been
combined with the school’s equipment to offer more options for working out. It will be available 24/7 with a membership and key FOB.

Anyone interested in becoming a member can stop in the Farmers Union Insurance office and talk to Becky. Memberships are $50 for six months, $90 for a year for individuals. Family memberships are
$100 for six months and $180 for a year. The key FOB requires a $15 deposit.

Thank you to the following people for helping with the move and providing trailers: Brent Mason, Bob Knox, Brett Knox, Del Remily, Tony Lyren, Kyle Knox, Buffy Hyke and Craig Schroeder. The equipment was very heavy and hard to move. All the help was greatly appreciated. Also thanks to Stuart Bell for storing the weight system for us.

A new year brings new resolutions! The fitness center is the best place to work on shedding a few pounds this year!

Our memberships are available for single and family. Single memberships are $25 for 3 months, $100 annually and if paid in full $90. Family memberships are $50 for 3 months, $200 annually and if paid in full $180.

The Wellness Center is still open 24/7 but key fobs will no longer work at our new location so you’ll have to see Deb at Farmers Union Insurance for the new code.

With the new school coming the Wellness Center has a new location!! We are now located at Bawek Trucking on 212. A huge thank you to Delbert Remily, Tony Lyren, Kyle Knox, Mark Rozell, and Bob Knox for helping us get moved and set up!
