Celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th year by transforming your yard into a patriotic display of red, white, and blue. Whether you’re decorating your own home, surprising a friend, honoring a veteran, celebrating a birthday, or simply showing your American pride, our Flag Squad is ready to help!

Every flag purchased helps support Diamond Athletics athletes as they work toward their goals this season through competition opportunities, uniforms, travel expenses, and more.

We are officially just DAYS away from kicking off the 26–27 season at Diamond Athletics 💎

This Sunday, we will be holding tryouts for:
👑 Prep 1
💖 Prep 2

✨ Everyone who attends will receive a spot on a team based on age and skill level.

📅 Sunday, May 31st
✨ Ages 6–10: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
✨ Ages 11 & Older: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

💎 Tiny athletes, ages 3-5, do NOT need to attend tryouts. Send us a message and we’ll help get your athlete placed!

✨ MEET THE OWNER ✨

Behind Diamond Athletics is Kaely Cain — a coach, homeschooling mom of four, and an iced coffee drinker (even in the winter).

Kaely grew up in the Dallas–Fort Worth area but found her way back to Dodge City, where she met her husband, and started her family.

After welcoming their first child, the family relocated to Tennessee where Kaely built her coaching career through tumbling instruction, athlete development, and helping run a successful all-star gym. When the time came to move closer to family in 2025, Kaely already knew she wanted her children involved in Diamond Athletics and Diamond Dance — getting them enrolled was one of the first things on the list before the family had even fully unpacked.

That’s how much this place and community meant to them from the very beginning.

With years of hands-on experience in coaching, tumbling instruction, and gym operations, Kaely brings both the experience and the heart to lead Diamond Athletics forward. Two of her four children compete within the Diamond programs, so when she talks about building something great for your kids, she means it for hers too.

Her vision is simple but powerful: create more than just a gym — a place where athletes feel encouraged, challenged, and supported. A place where kids grow in confidence on the mat and in the community, while families feel proud to be part of something special. 💎🖤

As Diamond continues to grow, Kaely remains committed to pouring into every athlete who walks through these doors and creating opportunities for kids in this community to shine.
