Doing a little RESEARCH!! Consistency is hard but SO IMPORTANT (and let's be honest, a little boring sometimes...)

I had the idea this morning of doing a long term FOG + Fitness group challenge.... 12 months, every month we focus on something new!

Each month has one main focus, small daily steps, and lots of support. Move at your own pace, track your wins, and celebrate progress along the way. By the end of the year, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come! Going on vacation for a week? No problem, you can jump right back in when you get back, no shame here! Would you be interested in something like this?!
