RUNNING ORDER & CLASS UPDATES:

Remember we added LIMITEDS FOR THE ONLY TIME THIS YEAR.

We are also adding RED JR Champ as requested. Please share to these young racers:

NOTE: Yes, this is to many classes, but the winged karts have been rained out with us twice and we owe it to them. REMINDER: The last two events ended at 9:04 and 9:09 PM with 23 features.

WING KART ENTRY FEES:

All wing kart classes will have the same entries fees for this year. We wanted to clarify because we do things differently than other tracks that typically hold wing events.

Race entry per class $10
One time driver EMT fee $5
One time per driver transponder fee $5

Cost to enter one feature $20. Cost to enter two features $30 total.

No pay out, trophy racing for all wing classes. (This year)

They’re back for mow fun - Nov 14th.

Championships on the line + local classes. National stars slinging dirt with local favorites.

It’s FINALS time, y’all!!!
On Saturday, November 14, we will roll back into Bear Creek Raceway Park in Dobson, North Carolina to see who will be crowned champions this year!

We will be hosting the final race for each class, running any LCQ races if needed, and welcoming a few local classes as well:
OHV Stock
OHV Mod
V-twin Stock

We will be hosting our annual awards banquet on Sunday, November 15 at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dobson.
The banquet will kick off around 11:30am, and will include a catered lunch to each points racer, plus one additional person for no charge. We will be showcasing our racer prizes as time draws near.
The charge for non-points racers will be $15.00 each to attend the banquet.

NEWS N NOTES FOR OUR NOV 7TH NON-POINTS EVENT:

1. Limited Mods are on the schedule. One and only chance to run this year.

2. Cadet, Box Stock & JR Wing will also run 2 features. Your entry fee will be $10 for each feature.

3. Cadet, Box Stock & JR Wing are Millbridge rules. Tires must stay dirty, no impound. Tech has option to keep 1-2 tires per kart in tech.

4. THIS IS NON-POINTS EVENT. - NO PRO RACES

5. If drivers want to add a winner take all pro race for their class, we will do it. That can only happen at the track after registration is closed.

6. Yearly reserve parking DOES apply. If you want parking, please PM us directly.

7. If you have not raced with us this year, send us a screen shot/pic/etc. of a race result, points, etc. from another track and receive a $5 discount at the pit gate.

SATURDAY NIGHT SUGGESTION:

Ok.... Saturday night someone gave me a suggestion about the track/facility that I liked but didn't have my cell on me to note it. I think we we're on the grid at the time, but maybe not.

As embarrassing as it may be for me not to remember an idea I like, I need a reminder of what it was. lol. If you have any clue about that conversation, (I literally said I like the idea in our conversation) PM us please to remind me.

Suggestions from customers I had Saturday that is not the one I'm looking for......

1. Lose weight
2. Pave the track
3. Stop wearing white shoes to the races

We have a family coming to the races this weekend for the first time wanting to borrow a Juicebox for their 3 & 4 year old children so they can participate in the races.

NEWS - NOTES - THOUGHTS - $$:

1. This weekend is Devan & Jodi's Halloween Bash. Come out and support the race and bring the kids. Kart racing, trick or treat, great people, good fun, chilly weather.

2. Our next race is Nov 7th. It is a non-points race.

3. Our last points race is Dec 12th which we will run double features in all points classes. All children 15 and under will receive a gift from Santa. Santa has promised us he'll be there. If you'd like to help in organizing, gifting, etc., PM us.

4. We are looking to purchase a few karting items. 3 pull starters/hand cranks for clone, a small/med seat around 12-13" across, 4 LF treaded tires for our beginner kid kart, a good used juicebox and a decent running clone for a beginner kart. $300-$400 value. (Just need to run, nothing special) If you have any of the above, PM us.

5. The new tech building is ready for this weekend. Not 100% complete but ready to go.

6. A special thank you to Chris Thomas, Steve Durick, Claude, O'Dell, Davis Whitney, Ray Stiffler, Joe Kerzel, Wayne Saunders, Sunbelt Rentals (Winston) and Myself (lol) for pinching in and helping to complete the tech building so quickly.

7. Over the weekend we had two practice days. In total, 7 young inspiring racers took laps in our Beginner Kart. Some got scared, some couldn't quit smiling, but all of them got to experience kart racing with their family and friends supporting them.

8. Thank you to Jenny, Tracy, Donna, Stephanie & Amy for helping to organize the Christmas gifts with Santa for our 12/12 event.

9. A sincere thank you to everyone who have supported BCRP this year. The weather has played havoc on only not us but the karting community this year. Thank you for continuing to support not only us, but other tracks as well.

10. Shoutout to Jeff Freeman & Tim Fishel at Woodleaf Raceway Park for inviting me over to hangout, supporting our Beginner program and continuing to engage in conversations on how we can support each other and the karting community. The Lee Holt Memorial was packed with good competition.
