TRACK PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are so appreciative of Sunbelt Rentals and Davis Whitney for helping us with equipment rentals.

The equipment has allowed us to continue the stormwater drainage improvements, trim trees, repair erosion washouts and clean up our massive wood pile.

If you ever need some equipment for weekend jobs, emergencies, etc., please consider working with Sunbelt. As always, we should try to support those who support us and the sport we all love.

GENERAL UPDATES:

DRIVER'S, PLEASE READ

1. We had a goat sighting this past Saturday. Congrats to the Stallings Family on their free pit pass for the remainder of 2026 & 2027 karting season.

2. Clone Lite will run first in the order June 20th (I.T. 43 Weekend)

3. Champs - The entry fee for your I.T. 43 twin 22 lappers are per race. ($30) You do not have to run both features. You will have to enter for all your classes prior to qualifying.

4. This past weekend was the last night for Champ Tread 425 to be on the regular schedule. It could come back on select weekends.

5. We announced Saturday that the before mentioned $2,200 to win RWYB race would happen if we could find sponsorship to help with the winning purse. How that sponsorship is put together - we're open to ideas. One sponsor or 10. Lets put it together.

6. Hotdog contest entry is now open. Contact us through messenger to enter. Public is welcome to enter.

7. Motors for the I.T. 43 race weekend pro clone classes will be sealed not marked/painted.

8. We are looking for a skid steer operator to help out this coming weekend. PAID. Both Saturday and Sunday or half days. This will be to move and pile trees/limbs. If interested in helping out or needing a little extra cash, PM us.

9. Ducar drivers---- Do we need a Ducar 345/350 class? Welcome to share your opinion in the comments.

10. We'll update winners, chassis and engine builder stats tomorrow.

FINISHING ORDER UPDATE:

This past Saturday there was a mistake made in race control that resulted in the white flag being displayed on lap 13 & 14 of a 15-lap feature.

This mistake led to driver confusion by some of the participants while others continued to race back to the checkered flag. A protest was filed and the following is the result.

1. The advertised distance of the feature was 15 laps which was completed. There is not an issue of not enough laps or to many laps ran. The advertised distance was completed.

2. Both BCRP and NKA rules dictate that the white flag is a curtesy. The white flag does not end a practice, qualifying or feature event.

3. Per the rules, the checkered flag signals the official end of the event/race. The checkered flag flew on lap 15 and only lap 15.

The protest has been denied, and the finish is official per scoring.

We recognize our error potentially played a role in the finishing order. (Can't predict how the last lap would have played out) A mistake was made and management has owned it and explained the process to all involved. However, abiding by the rule/rules is paramount to the success of a facility and its integrity.

We hate that the human error occurred, we've owned it, acknowledged it. As always, we are willing to discuss during the driver's meeting or one on one. No further public comments will be made.

Registration starts tomorrow at noon eastern.

You can enter by sending us a PM or email stating you'd like to enter. We'll contact you about the $20 entry fee.

We are only taking 10 contestants per contest. More details on the flier.

We'll have the belts on display at the I.T. 43.

IT’s HOTDOG SEASON:

In honor of Nathan’s contest in July, we’re having our own during intermission on the front stretch.

Entry begins Monday through June 14th.

Rules are posted on the flier. Winner takes all.

Two separate age groups. Juniors and adults.

Champion of each contest to receive the “RED SLAW BELT”. A 6.5 lb gold and red gem. Pictured on the flier. We’ll have it on display for all June events.

$20 entry. Entry starts on Monday through PM here on our page. We’ll send details about the entry fee. If you are not one of the 10 contestants to get in per contest, your entry fee will be refunded.

Note: Contestants must eat one hotdog on a bun with red slaw. Everything else is hotdog only. (No bun)

PARKING REQUESTS ARE SOLD OUT FOR THE WEEKEND.

We still have plenty of free parking.

If you have yearly reserve parking and aren't going to make it this weekend, help us out and let us know. We could use the space, and we'll discount your next pit pass.

I'll send out parking assignments later this evening or tomorrow.

THIS WEEKEND UPDATE: NO PLANS TO CALL IT

Get out the goat p*e because it's wet and we're racing. I have no plans on giving up until the bitter END.

In fact, I'm so confident, here's a FREE pit pass for you for the remainder of 2026 kart races and all kart races of 2027.

This Saturday night, you bring a live goat. Live. We don't discriminate on age of the goat. Take a picture with it in our AAR Roofing Victory Lane, tag our page while at the track and you win.

No limit on winners. Only one winner per goat. Must present goat to Tech (Swim Racing Engines) so we know same goat isn't being contested between different owners. lol

7:30 PM update. I’ve received a few questions concerning the goats.

1. It’s your goat. You can’t leave it. It’s not Goat Creek.
2. No it can’t eat the hay bales.
3. Your goat. Your goat p*e n p**p.
4. Goats do not have to cross the scales for tech to inspect.
5. Free dinner for the goats hillside outside turns 3-4. Open buffet.
