Weโre launching a new specialized training group for competitive swimmers at Dobbs Ferry CrossFit ๐ช
This program is specifically designed to develop the key physical qualities swimmers need: strength, power, endurance, stability, and body control.
We have the experience and the knowledge to do this the right way โ
