Honor Memorial Day with us by participating in the Murph challenge 💪

The Murph is a workout created by CrossFit in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan on 6/28/05. This challenging workout is meant to honor those who have died for our freedom. The full Murph challenge consists of a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and ends with another 1-mile run.

Try out the full, modified, or bodyweight version at one of our Clubs.
