This dude!! He absolutely hates working out!!Lolol He comes into the gym space 3-4 times per week with the meanest face every time!!😂😂 He has worked so hard to get here! This pics were taken just before we started training. He could barely do 10 pushups! Now, he’s doing pull ups and dips! He’s so committed to maintaining this, he literally already has over 100 sessions IN THE BANK!! I mean he has over 100 sessions left! Buys all those sessions up front! He supports my business in a way that lets me know he has faith in what I do! He probably one of smartest people in the world! No joke! He thinks he’s mean, but he’s also one of the kindest people in the world! This dude is something else! Help me encourage him to stay the race, and stay awesome! Keep killing it Josh!

If your kid really wants to learn to play basketball, but feels like he or she still has some learning to do feel comfortable competing.. The JCC is running a Sports Camp right at the Masters School here in Dobbs Ferry. This is also great opportunity for kids who want more playing time in AAU sports.. Thr coaches are top notch!
