Bullards Bar Pirate Fun

Get your Pirate on at Bullards Bar and join us for our Pirate Treasure Hunt Day!

When : Sat August 23th 2025. The treasure Hunt will be limited to the first 25 boats that sign up and pay.

Join Emerald Cove Marina , and yer fellow pirate brethren’s for a fun filled adventure day upon the high seas of our reservoir. Our Pirate Treasure Hunt will take ye around the shores of Bullards Bar where you will find the riddled clues to a treasure load of fun. BEWARE OF THE MILL CREEK PIRATES. They have been known to attack our Treasure Hunters. BUT not to worry because the British Red Coats will be there to protect our seas. NOTE: Must have own PIRATE vessel to participate in the hunt.

COSTS: $100/boat. Each registered boat will get a commemorative PIRATE FLAG and

(4) of each: pirate bandanas, swords and eye patches.

Additional ones are available for purchase in the store. There must be at least 1 adult Captain per group. Each group will get a pirate treasure map to follow for the hunt adventure (It will be GPS Friendly) Group photos are available along with pirate tattoos and face painting.

All registered lil' pirate buccaneers (12 & under) that participate in the hunt will receive a special treasure hunt gift or token and a guarantee of lots of pirate adventure fun.

Special awards for the best decorated pirate ship & pirate group.

·The Treasure Hunt winner. All paid boat participants who complete the hunt will be eligible for a drawing to determine the winning boat.

· The best Decorated Team/ boat. To be decided BY a jury of your Pirate peers.

Pirate Team Captains will gather to receive their maps and go over the pirate rules at 12:00 pm and the start of the hunt begins thereafter. For the safety of our buccaneers all California Boating Rules must be followed. Treasure Hunt Ends at 4:00 & the AWARDS CEREMONY will be at 4:15 under the tent.
The Docks & tables BBQ will be available for you to cook your own burger or hot dog prior to the event. BBQ beef or chicken sandwiches meals will be available for sale.
