⚽☀️ OMSF RULE UPDATE | HYDRATION BREAKS

The safety and well-being of our players, coaches, and officials remains a priority throughout the season. With that in mind, OMSF has added the following requirement to our rules regarding play during hot weather:

💧 When the heat index is above 90°F, hydration breaks will be required at the midway point of each half.

These breaks are intended to provide everyone on the field an opportunity to hydrate and safely continue play.

We ask our coaches, referees, players, and families to be prepared for warmer conditions and encourage everyone to bring plenty of water to the field.

Sportsmanship Starts with Respect.

At Ozark Mountain Soccer Federation, we believe the game is about more than wins and losses, it's about developing character, teamwork, and respect. Every player, coach, referee, and spectator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

As we prepare for the Fall 2026 season, we ask everyone to remember a few simple principles: Respect the referees. Cheer for your team, not against others. Treat opponents with kindness. Allow coaches to coach, players to play, referees to officiate, and fans to encourage. Above all else, remember that we are here for the kids. Together, we can create an environment where every player has the opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

We’re gearing up for our biggest season yet! With full rosters and multiple teams in every division, our club is growing faster than ever—and we couldn’t be more excited!

But with more teams comes more games, which means we need more referees!

Whether you’re looking to earn some extra money, stay involved in the game you love, or try something new, refereeing is a great opportunity. You’ll have the best seat on the field, help our young athletes have a great experience, and get paid while doing it!

📅 Our first Referee Clinic is Saturday, August 1.

What an incredible few days at our Summer Skills Camp! ⚽️

A huge thank you to Coach John Box for sharing your knowledge, passion, and decades of experience with our players. Your willingness to pour into our youth, encourage them, and help them grow means more than we can say. We are so grateful for the time and energy you invested in our club.

A special thank you as well to Coach Hailee and Coach Morgan for volunteering your time, bringing so much enthusiasm to the field, and helping make this camp such a positive experience for every player. Your encouragement and dedication didn’t go unnoticed.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our players and families for making this camp such a success. We loved seeing the hard work, smiles, and confidence grow each night. We can’t wait to see these new skills on the field this fall! 💙⚽️
