We use both the low stretch and medium stretch fabrics in the same class to guide you through supportive stretches that release tight, tired muscles and dynamic movements to improve flexibility and mobility. No experience needed, no intensity required. Just you, the fabric, and some serious relief. 😮‍💨✨🙏

Hello everyone! Welcome to my new page.👋
For those of you who know me as an aerial instructor,
nothing has changed — I'm just bringing my content to another platform🔗
Those of you who know me as Heidi or Mrs. Moe, welcome to another role in my life: an aerial yoga instructor at Rhuomai Studio in Dixon! 🪷
I started taking aerial yoga with Krystal (the bada$$ owner of the Studio) in 2021 and later got certified to start teaching kids in 2022 and adults in 2024. I love aerial yoga because of the playful, challenging, and different way of keeping my body moving, strong, and stretched. I am not, nor have ever been a circus performer. I'm a regular human who loves to share the practice with others. 🪁
Whether you are an aerial yoga lover, someone interested, or just a fan of Heidi, I welcome you to my page and hope you enjoy the content shared with you. 💕
