Miss River Rose joined the chaos on 7/19/26. She decided to make her grand entrance extra exciting and has required some help from the NICU 🥺 we are hoping to be able to head home in the next few days but I will likely be extra quiet on here as we adjust. Thank you everyone who has reached out and sent love, we feel it 💕

Celebrating EZ Sports is so easy when they’re the best ninja classes in the QC! We love this local small business & sharing them with everyone 🥰

👋 Hey everyone! Time for a little personal post from the EZ Sports family.

We’re about halfway through May, and 4 years ago, this is when everything really started to take off for EZ Sports Academy.

Back in April of 2022, EZ Sports began with simple drop-in classes and open gyms. By May, we had enough kids coming in to start offering weekly classes… very small classes at the time! Since then, we’ve grown in so many ways — bigger class sizes, more equipment, amazing coaches, incredible families, and now even our own little gymnast along for the ride.

Life has been very good to us. It may sound cheesy, but we truly feel blessed.

To every family that has supported us along the way — THANK YOU. Whether you enrolled in a session, came to a Preschool Power Hour, bought a shirt, shared a post, or simply stopped to chat with Coach Zach (he really does love talking with all of you), please know how much it means to us.

EZ Sports Academy would not be what it is without the people who walk through our doors each week. We’re incredibly thankful for the friendships, support, and trust you’ve given our family over the last 4 years.

Here’s to 4 amazing years — and hopefully many more memories to come. 😊🙌💛

Following the weather today - stay tuned

FIRST ALERT DAY: We are tracking two rounds of storms, but it's the second round that carries the highest severe weather potential with damaging wind, tornadoes and large hail possible. First round of storms have a lower severe threat, which will move in after 7 or 8 a.m.

Here are the scenarios we are tracking.

My two crazy boys are getting a 🎀 LITTLE SISTER 🎀

There will be some schedule changes coming soon to accommodate our growing family. In the the meantime I want to thank everyone for their kind words & patience as I sort out all of these changes.
Being transparent & honest, this has been the worst first trimester I’ve ever had & I’ve been holding my breath to get into the second tri & hopefully feel somewhat normal again.

Over the next week or two - if you are already scheduled for spring 2026 - you can expect an email about potential date changes. The schedule is currently closed while I move some things around, but I’m hopeful to have it more concrete & opened back up within a few weeks.
