🏒 Long Island, we need your help. This one’s easy.
We’re asking residents, hockey families and skaters to help us get LiveBarn installed at the Town of Oyster Bay ice rink. Come stand with us at the Town Board Meeting:
📍 Town Hall North — 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay
📅 Monday, July 14th · 10:00 AM
What’s LiveBarn? A camera system that streams and records rink activity, so players and families can watch and review games from anywhere. Rinks across the country already have it. Almost all on Long Island does too, it’s just this one.. TOBay should too.
Why it matters — for everyone:
✅ Parents can watch their kids play, even when they can’t be there
✅ Skaters of all ages can review footage and improve
✅ Youth, learn-to-play, and adult leagues all benefit
✅ A clear win for the Town; better rinks, happier residents
We’ve been requesting this for a while and it keeps stalling. Showing up in person is how we get it moving. The more residents in that room, the more the Town listens.
