You're doing everything right.

Your strategy is solid. Your vision is clear. The mission will change the world. You've invested in the systems, the marketing, the right people in the right seats.

And... it's still not growing the way it should.

So you go back to the drawing board. Tweak the offer. Refresh the messaging. Hire another consultant. Read another book.

Still. That. Ceiling.

Here's what nobody is saying to you: it's not the strategy.

I've worked with enough brilliant, driven leaders to know what's actually happening when an organization plateaus despite doing all the "right" things.

The missing piece isn't a better system or a smarter marketing plan.

It's you — specifically, your relationship with yourself.

Not in a woo-woo, journal-your-feelings way. I mean the very practical reality that your organization cannot outgrow your willingness to trust yourself completely. To lead from the unshakeable belief that you are exactly the right person for this — not because you've earned enough credentials or hit enough milestones, but because you know who you are and you're done apologizing for it.

Most leaders I meet are running incredible organizations from a quiet place of self-doubt. Doing everything right and simultaneously not fully trusting that they are the fu***ng thing their organization needs most.

That gap — between your capability and your belief in it — is exactly the size of your growth ceiling.

When we close it, everything moves.

If you've been staring at that ceiling long enough, message me.

Pushing yourself to do more than you have the bandwidth for is a reflection of your insecurities, not your commitment or dedication. When you feel confident and deserving of your success, you have zero problem saying “no”.

You’ve pushed yourself to create an exceptional career, but with each new benchmark hit and goal accomplished you find that you’re carrying around the same insecurities, wondering if you really deserve to be where you’re at.

You achieve an incredible goal, only to immediately feel a sinking feeling that you’re still not “there” yet.

There’s never a moment where you just relax, where you let yourself have a whole body exhale and just celebrate TF out of your win.

There’s just more pushing, followed by more realizing that you still feel like you’re so far behind.

No matter how high the benchmark you hit or glorious the goal you achieve, you still feel like you have more to prove.

Here’s the good news:

This is totally fixable and completely normal for loads of overachievers just like you.

Here’s the better news:

It doesn’t take a ton of time to rework these feelings, to rewrite the stories underlying your insecurities and move forward without all this baggage.

I know you’ve been pushing really hard to try to get this, and you’re feeling really frustrated. Everything you’ve tried hasn’t worked.

And here’s why:

Up to this point, you’ve believed that achieving more is going to help you get over how you feel.

But in reality, it’s is the opposite.

The constant cycle of pushing yourself to achieve only to realize you still feel like a big bag of imposter syndrome goo is leaving a burnt out and exhausted…

…not exhilarated and confident and on top of the world celebrating your brilliant achievements.

My clients around the globe overcome insecurities and beat intense burnout because they stop focusing on tactics that simply leave them more and more and more exhausted.

They stop chasing, and start relaxing and go after what they *really* want to do, not what they’ve been pushing themselves to do when they’re so freaking focused on trying to prove themselves.

Like my client B, who went from frustrated and uncertain in her career and insecure about her body and food, to landing a freakingTEDx Talk, opening a second (!!!) successful business, and starting to date men who make her heart happy, rather than do**he bags who are fancy on paper and sh*theads in reality.

Or my client A, who was getting trampled on by bosses with crappy boundaries and feeling so much that she was experiencing physical pain. She stopped trying to prove herself to people who didn’t deserve her professional brilliance, and landed a new job with an increase in pay and bump in title… within eight hours of deciding she was done leading her professional life based on what her insecurities told her was possible.

Oh, and then she married the love of her life, and bought a horse— realizing a childhood dream— to go riding on the beach in the morning before her amazing new job.

Your professional and personal lives do not have to be dictated by your lack of confidence or anxiety over what other people might be thinking of you.

I three spaces open right now for transformative executive coaching. This is for driven professionals who are done feeling anxious in their work, and ready to truly enjoy their success without stress or insecurity.

DM me for details to apply.

Beating yourself up is never an effective strategy for moving forward.
