Lair of the Dragon Martial Arts Welcome to the Lair of the Dragon (L.O.D.) in District Heights Maryland housed inside of the New Life Temple Of Praise facility.

We offer great youth and adult karate training at this location and participants can train individually, or as a parent and child duo or trio. In fact, an entire family can block, punch and kick their way to better physical and mental fitness, heightened focus and concentration and improved confidence and self-esteem.

Martial arts has blessed me beyond belief!! Clear and focused mind, respect, Integrity, and indomitable sprit that won’t quit. With that being said I am I. The position to offer free lessons for a next month to the first twenty five persons who contact me via this post.
