DMS Cross Country Meet has been cancelled for today because of the expected heat this evening. This includes NO practice.
🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️Meet has been rescheduled to Monday, October 7.

This! This right here!! Teammates!! These two ran side-by-side! Seeing the finish line... one helping the other! Encouraging him to push forward! “You are almost there!” He said. Standing there taking this picture I over heard parents from the other schools saying... good job boys! That’s what it’s all about!

DMS Cross Country traveled to Richmond to participate in a Relay hosted by the Collegiate School at the Robbins Campus. Lots of people came out to cheer the runners on! The student athletes ran a total of 3 miles! All the students completed the course within the time allowed! Way to go!

DMS student athletes competed in their first Cross Country Relay Meet. It was the perfect day, beautiful weather! They did a fantastic job! Everyone kept their pace and encouraged one another. There was a crowd of parents and fans to cheer them on. Coach King And Coach Parker were there to guide them to the finish line.
