Dinwiddie Lady Gens Softball Booster club

The Lady Gens softball program will be starting workouts on Tuesday December 2nd after school until 430. 8th-12th grade girls can attend. Meet in the high school weight room. Be prepared for inside and outside. If the weather is nice, workouts will be outside at the field. Workouts will consist of weightlifting, strength/conditioning, skill development, and speed/agility. Must have a VHSL physical to attend.

Lady Generals 🥎 JV and Varsity tryouts will be held tomorrow 2/24 and Tuesday 2/25 at the softball field. Report to the field after school. Pickup time 5:00.
