There are many accolades to this little bull with a big heart! The only thing that kept Mr. Bull competitively competing his 3-4 year old ABBI Classic year was an injury that sidelined him for over a year and a half. Unfortunately, after his first rider trip, he fell down and tore every tendon in his hock. Most people would have considered just putting him down, but they were determined to save this guy. He stayed in a stall, like a horse, for over a year. Once recovered from that, he went on to make the NFR. Sadly, after his first NFR experience, we nearly lost him to a horrible gut infection in his belly. He lived at UC Davis for over a month where they weren’t quite optimistic he’d pull through. Many months of recovery and the little bull with a big head proved himself again! Now, Mr. Bull is proving himself as a great sire! While his calves are still young, one of his calves, Mr. Dire, has a LTE of over $81,000. We are extremely proud of his 2020 calf crop and can’t wait to see them compete in years to come! Not only is he a producing sire, he’s showcasing his ability as a super sire in his daughters.
