A great time was had by all at our First Ladies Day at DKA! Ladies were led through yoga and TaiChi movements and flows. Together they learned about mindfulness, self-care, and self-defense. We look forward to hosting this event again and hope to see you all there as we lift each other up and empower each other as women.

Due to the high temperature forecast, we will allow students to start wearing dojo t-shirts beginning on Monday. This does NOT apply to the kids' class this Monday for promotions. The kids should bring t-shirts to wear after their promotions.
