University of Montana Western Equestrian Team The University of Montana Western Equestrian Club competes in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) riding in English and Western disciplines

Our club competes in Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) horse shows through the academic school year. Our season starts in September and ends in May. We compete against Carroll College, College of Southern Idaho, Montana State University, University of Montana, Rocky Mountain College and Utah State University in Western Equitation, Hunter Seat Equitation, Jumping, and Reining. We welcom

e riders of all levels, from beginners through advanced riders and you don't need a horse to participate. If you are a full time student at UMW you are eligible to become a team member. If you have any questions please contact us via a message, post or email!
