Youth Martial Arts and Self Defense Program

Alpine Grappling, in partnership with Mountain Wellness Collective, is now offering a brand new, one month comprehensive program designed to teach youth the essentials of self defense philosophy, principals and real-world skills. Students will get an introduction into various martial arts, explore aspects of common scenarios and practice the most applicable techniques. Through ongoing education and a personalized approach to each students’ needs, this program will help boost your child’s confidence, discipline and self-esteem in addition to developing their physical and mental capabilities.

This opportunity is formulated as an after-school program with classes starting sometime between 4:30pm and 5pm either once or twice per week depending on students' schedules and availability. This offer extends to all kids age 6-16 with classes split between pre-teens and teens. Alpine Grappling may be able to help students with transportation and adjust pricing for those with socioeconomic concerns. Classes are set to start in October.
