Sensei didn't have a chance to say goodbye to you all, but I want you to know how much I appreciate every single one of you for participating in War Angel Challenge 2026! 🏆🔥

For some of you, this was your very first tournament, and for others, you've been here before. Whether you brought home a 🥇 first-place trophy or not, I'm proud of each and every one of you. The courage to step onto the mat and give it your all is what truly matters! 💪👊

🥋💚🖤 Great training tonight at GBK-DILLON! 🖤💚🥋

This was my second class of the night, and they were getting it in! 👊🔥

I was trying to record my students working on mixing up their jabs, but as I started chopping up the video, I noticed something awesome in the background... everyone was putting in work and getting after it! 💪🏾💯

Seeing my students focused, training hard, and having fun reminds me why I love doing this. Watching them grow in skill, confidence, discipline, and heart is what it's all about. 🥋❤️

And at the end of class, Malik Jr. was having so much fun he didn't even want to leave! 😂🔥 That right there tells me we're doing something special.

I truly love what I do, and I love these kids. The future is bright! 🌟👊

💚🥋🔥 I love these kids! Being in their corners while they’re performing at the Carolina Martial Arts Open (CMAO) 2026 this past weekend is the most a Sensei/Coach can ask for. 🏆💪🏾

Win, lose, or draw, I will always be proud because you showed up and performed with honor, heart, courage, and respect. ❤️🥋 That’s what true martial arts is all about!

And being able to experience moments like this alongside my dad is truly a blessing. 🙏🏾👊🏾 Watching the next generation grow together means everything to me. 💚🔥
