This studio is more than four walls—it’s the place where I’ve watched women rise, soften, heal, and hold each other. A space where movement becomes medicine, where mental health is tended to with ease, and where community turns into true friendship. I’m endlessly grateful that I get to live this dream, shaped by the hearts of the people who walk through these doors. So deeply thankful for every person who has supported me and this space.❤️
