We absolutely loved hosting our DC Cheer Mini Camp and spending the day with our future Cougars! Thank you to all of the families who supported DC Cheer and trusted us with your children. Campers learned a cheer, two chants, and a dance. They also had the opportunity to stunt, play games, run an obstacle course, enjoy snacks, cheer one another on, and experience firsthand the hard work and teamwork that go into being a cheerleader.

A special thank you to Studio201 for designing and creating our camp shirts this year. They did an incredible job, and our campers absolutely loved them!

Huge thank you to our amazing DCHS Cheer alumni and Belmont University cheerleaders, Bri and Laura for assisting with this years tryouts. We’re so grateful you shared your time and talent creating and teaching a new band dance to our athletes. Your knowledge and skills elevated our tryout process, and we’re excited to continue learning from you as we prepare for the 2026–2027 season. Thank you for giving back to DCHS cheer! We love you🧡💙

Coach Leslie truly has the biggest heart. The love and dedication she pours into our cheerleaders and this program never go unnoticed. She has a special way of making every single person feel seen, valued, and appreciated, and that is such a rare and beautiful gift.
