The YMCA and Dickson City Council are working hard to make the dream of a pool and swim team a reality in Dickson! Our mayor and city council MUST hear from us and know that we continue to support this dream! Please email or call your city council member. They are hearing from people who oppose this plan, and need to hear from us, as well!

Good evening Riptides,
With the closing and demolition of the pool at Buckner Park the Riptides non-profit has been dissolved. According to our by-laws any balance in the account is to be donated to a non-profit with similar goals. With that in mind, a donation of the remaining funds has been made to the Dickson County YMCA. We hope this donation will get us closer to a new community pool and continuation of a summer swim team!
