We often hear prospective students say they want to get in shape before learning to dance. Well, we've got great news for you! A beginner belly dance class is the perfect start-from-zero workout. We'll spend the first sessions finding the muscles that drive those mysterious movements. Once you've mastered that, we'll drill those moves to build strength and speed them up for cardio. It's that time once again.

!!Obligatory how-to-find-us post!! For those trying to find us for our new sessions, our studio is set back from the street. You'll want to turn into the driveway at the Dalco Roofing/Builder's Supply. Past that building, you'll find yourself in a parking lot between two long metal buildings. We're on the right side in suite 5; there's a big Buddha screen in the window.
