Good morning all you beautiful people!
I have some amazing news, but I also need your help...urgently!
I am currently studying for my state insurance producer's license! That being said, I have been focused on passing this exam and seriously need financial help with purchasing our next load of hay. As you know, hay prices just keep going up, with no immediate signs of stabilizing or going back down.
So, here is the deal, it appears that I may be able to eventually recover financially from losing Kenton's income to the R&S and not having any life insurance to fill that gap (the very reason I am getting my license! I don't want ANYONE to ever go through what I have for the last 71 days!). Losing a spouse is hard enough without having to worry about the incredible financial hardship!
So this is where I need your help! We need the funds to secure AT LEAST our next load of hay! That is $914 and hopefully that will carry us through until I can get through this exam and get some money coming in. ANYTHING that we can raise above that will go toward our next hay purchase! So ANYTHING that you can afford to donate toward helping us, help them would be greatly appreciated!
There is a light at the end of the tunnel but it could be up to 90 days before I get signed with the various carriers and actually have any kind of substantial income! Will you PLEASE help me get over this hump to continue mine and Kenton's mission!?
Also, the benefit concert is still upcoming!!! If you didn't read in the previous post, an amazingly talented friend has asked to do a benefit concert for the R&S in Kenton's memory! I have recently learned, this is going to be an online event so it can literally reach everyone around the world! What an amazing and generous opportunity being offered by an absolutely beautiful woman with an amazing heart for God! I will definitely keep everyone posted on the details of this as I get them!
But please, in the mean time, I need help to be able to focus on my studies, passing this exam, and getting started! No amount is too small and it will be a huge blessing to me AND to the animals! All I ask is to do what you can. I know times are tough for all of us, but if you can't donate then please share!!!

God has so graciously allowed us to provide love and care for his 4 legged creatures. But I need your help!!!
Donations are a true blessing in helping me help them!!!
We truly need donations of hay or monetary donations to get hay! In the 8 weeks since Kenton passed everything that could break has broken, including my heart, the AC, the mower, the truck, etc.
Many of the adoptable animals have been rehomed and as much as I get the feed bills down by feeding fewer animals, the hay prices grow!
Initially I was spending just over $440/week on (3x3x8 square bales) hay alone. We temporarily switched to round bales because they were available locally for $70/bale.
Now I am feeding 7 fewer horses and round bales have gone up to $105 in less than 2 weeks. I will be switching back to the large squares because the supplier is not price gouging, keeping his prices the same at $110/bale, and the hay is better quality and goes further.
