Last night, Joyce and I attended Active Southern WV annual Wildflowers and Wonder “Boots on the Ground” - it’s an annual event to raise awareness and funds to help Active Southern WV fund all the free active programs around our great state of WV!

In case you weren’t aware, Webster County benefits from a couple of these programs: REFIT®️ REFIT®️ Rev&Flow and Pickleball and both are offered, free of charge at Diana Eagles Community Center
And coming soon- Yoga!!!
