Ellie Hall won the Springdale Schools Invitational today! Kerstyn Rolf and Sidney McMullen finished 13th and 14th to medal. Sean Dalton led the way for the boys, finishing 17th.

One last reminder that practice moves to the afternoon starting tomorrow, August 13th. We will start meeting at the entrance to the football field nearest the ag building at 3:30.

Parent meeting will be held this Friday, 6:00 in Coach Shockey's room at the high school. Parents of middle school and high school athletes are welcome to attend. Coach will bring pasta for dinner, girls can bring chips/snacks, and boys can bring drinks.

Come out tomorrow and help us honor the careers of two outstanding runners and two fantastic managers(who painted this). Races start at 4 with the elementary fun run. Varsity races start with the ladies at 4:45, followed by the guys at 5:15. Senior recognition will take place during the awards ceremony at the conclusion of the races.

Hey Wildcat fans! Come to the track tomorrow and check out the first of our three home meets this season.
We'll start with a kids fun run at 4:00, then get the middle school races going. Varsity girls should run around 4:45 and the varsity boys at 5:15.

Please keep the Thorne family and the Thomas Jefferson cross country team in your thoughts and prayers after the passing of Coach Tom Thorne. He was an outstanding coach and an even better man. He will be greatly missed.
