Yay! We’re excited for this upcoming summer season. Here are the upcoming events for this month:
-Coffee & Donuts Mingle
-Session 1 of Swim programs begin
-Quarterly Board Meeting

On Thursday, June 4th from 5-10pm, the Clubhouse and Pool will be closed for a Staff In-service Training for this upcoming Summer season. Please do not enter the Clubhouse or Pool during this time to allow the Staff to properly train and prepare for the Summer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our Summer Aquatics Programs Registration is open! We offer swimming lessons and swim team for the youth.

The swimming lessons we offer are: Parent and Me, Preschool, beginning, intermediate, and advanced level swimming lessons for youth ages based on American Red Cross curriculum.

Our Swim Team will practice Monday thru Friday mornings, and compete in swim meets with local swim clubs.

Register now as our classes do fill up!

There have been instances where homeowners do not pick up after their pet, leaving particles of waste on other Homeowners’ lawns. Always carry waste bags when walking your pets and make sure your pets are on leashes for safety.

🚨ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS🚨

The Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Pool gates are now operating. Please stop by the HOA office during business hours to pick up your new Facility Access Card.

To obtain your new card, the Homeowner must show a valid ID proof, showing and matching the Homeowners address, and fill out a new Access Key card form. There will be copies of the forms in the office.

If you have any questions, please contact the office.

Starting today, the tennis courts and pool gates will be temporarily closed until Monday, April 20th. We are undergoing a new card system programming and need the time to process the new cards.

Homeowners, with valid photo ID showing address within HOA, will be able to pick up their new key cards staring, Monday, April 20th @ 10:00 AM. Please stop by the office, no earlier than 4/20 to pick up your key cards to allow ample processing time.
