UPDATE: Thank you to all of the wonderful help who is helping us quickly clean up the gym! The city has promised that this will not be an issue anymore and they will take care of the ditches causing this issue! After assessing the situation, the doors will be open but please use caution inside of the gym. Please avoid the back half of the gym where people are actively cleaning up water until the situation has been properly handled. Thank you again, and so sorry for the inconvenience!

Due to flooding in the gym, we will need to be closed for a period of time today. We will let you know whenever the doors are back open, and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience!

Staffing at the gym will be limited over the next couple of days. On Thanksgiving Day, there will be NO staff hours. On Friday, staff will be available for a few hours.

The holidays are important to us, and we want our staff to be able to spend MUCH needed and quality time with their families. Please try to remember what the holiday season is all about and be present with your loved ones. We are wishing everyone the happiest of Thanksgivings, and we feel so blessed to be a part of your health journey! 🦃🍗💛

And don’t forget, calories on Thanksgiving don’t count! Enjoy the moment! The gym will be there on Friday 😉
