Every once in a while, we like to keep you on your toes.

Which, apparently, sometimes means keeping you entirely on the floor. 😂

We recently tried a BARRE class done from start to finish on the floor—and it was so good. It challenged familiar muscles in unfamiliar ways, changed where we had to stabilize, and left all of us feeling it afterward.

There is real value in occasionally asking your body to solve a familiar problem differently.

We’ll definitely be bringing this one back.
