Kick your metabolism into high gear with some circuit training today with our phenomenal instructor Kelly! Get max results for minimum time spent with this workout that benefits those who always seem to be in a time-crunch. If you want to get the biggest bang for your buck, make an appearance at our Dewitt location from 6:45-7:45 pm!
