Ladies Fitness - For Every Woman We are a fitness center exclusively for women dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and comfortable environment. First week is free!

We offer an $7 drop in fee or a $65.00 punch card for 10 classes. We offer a range of fitness classes including, but not limited to, Zumba, Step Aerobics, Tabata/HIIT, PiYO, Circuit Training, Stretch, Strength Training, including small hand weights, and floor exercises to tone your legs and to strengthen your core. Well, I just want to thank these ladies for all of their support to keep our little gym alive! After 15+ years, Ladies Fitness closed on May 27th. I will no longer be posting to this page. However, our last Saturday workout was amazing! We will all keep moving and stay fit for a lifetime, because that is what we do!! Thank you to everyone for the many years of fitness fun!

SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY...

Hello friends! It is with deep regret that I need to announce that Ladies Fitness will be closing on May 27, 2021. The preschool that owns LF is relocating, therefore, we are losing our space.
That being said, we will be keeping the schedule below through the 27th of May.

All class cards will be honored until May 27th. There will not be refunds for unused punches, on your cards. Also, there is a $7 drop in fee for classes.

Below is our current schedule. Please be prepared to wear a mask. However, if we are all fully vaccinated, no mask is required. When possible, we try to go outside, weather permitting. Windows will remain open for additional ventilation.

MORNINGS: 1 hour class😃
Thursday: 8:15-9:15 - Functional Fitness with Lori
Saturday, May 22, 9:00-10:00 (Special last Saturday) We are hoping to get all the "regulars" to this class!!!

EVENINGS: All classes are 1 hour

Hello friends! We are reopening for Thursday morning class beginning this Thursday, April 1st.
Below is our current schedule. Please be prepared to wear a mask. Windows will remain open for additional ventilation.

MORNINGS: 1 hour class😃

Thursday: 8:15-9:15 - Functional Fitness with Lori

*Please note that Yoga has been discontinued on Wednesday*
EVENINGS: All classes are 1 hour

Monday: 6:00 - ZUMBA with Georgia
Tuesday: 5:30 - Cardio/Strength with Lori
Thursday: 6:00 Cardio Drumming - $5 (canceled until further notice)

*Thursday night classes require a separate drop in fee. (Not included with your Ladies Fitness punchcard.)

*FIRST TIME VISITORS ARE WELCOME TO TRY OUT ONE WEEK OF CLASSES FOR FREE*
We are open at 50% capacity, which is 7-9 Ladies. We are operating on a limited schedule. We are offering a $7 drop in fee or a punch card for $36 for 6 classes. No memberships are available, at this time.
These times are very difficult for our little gym but we are following COVID-19 guidelines and protocols to keep our clients safe and healthy! Temperatures will be taken upon arrival and you will be asked to read and answer symptom related questions. If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

HOWEVER, MY FRIEND, LISA CAPORALE, WHO OWNS SPARTAN SPIN, IS A PERSONAL TRAINER. GO TO spartanspin@home for 5 WONDERFUL STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUTS. IT IS VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT WE DO AT, 40 SECOND INTERVALS WITH VERY LITTLE TO NO HIGH IMPACT. STAFE SAFE EVERYONE!!

Ladies Fitness will continue to be closed, per the Governor’s order. At this time, it is unknown when indoor classes will resume. We will continue to keep you posted. Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors!🙏🏻

Ladies Fitness will continue to be closed, per the Governor’s order, thru April 30th. At this time, we are not offering online classes, however, it is being discussed. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We hope all of our clients and friends are practicing social distancing. Keep fit by walking. Hopefully, by working together to do our part, we will soon be back to life as we knew it! 🙏🏻

We are living in crazy times. I hope everyone is holding up and staying healthy.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, it is the utmost importance of Ladies Fitness to prioritize the health, safety and well-being of our staff, members and the community. Therefore, we are taking the necessary measures of precaution and prevention by closing the gym next week from March 16 - 21.

We are going to continue to monitor this situation on a weekly basis. We will notify you of operational adjustments as needed. I will keep you updated on FB as to whether we will open the following week.

Thank you so much for your understanding. I know how much we are all going to miss our workouts and the social interaction we have with others.
