Twas the night before Beachfit,
and all through the land,
all the beach bums were giddy,
and excited for sand.
Shoes in the closet,
barefoot we go,
to Dagsworthy Street,
high tide or low.
Beachfitters are ready,
they hop out of bed,
as visions of orange crushes,
dance in their heads.
Many of them anxious,
to get to the booze,
but first they hit Beachfit,
they must pay their dues.
They roll to the beach,
it’s that time of year.
