Every Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Highway One sponsors a free 75 minute yoga class held at one of our venues (usually ivy). The poses aren't complicated but they are challenging: you won't be putting your leg behind your head but you might be holding plank for a long time! We welcome all levels, just do what's appropriate for you. The class is first come, first served, there is no adv

ance sign-up. We have a limited number of yoga mats available to rent for $2 (cash only). You should bring water, a towel, and possibly a second, small hand towel, it can get pretty sweaty.

I know last week was challenging! This week I'm dialing it back a bit--less core activation, more opening. But don't worry, we're still doing 3 boats, including a song at the end! Same time (Saturday, 10 am), same place (green room over the Bottle & Cork).

Green room yoga is happening tomorrow at 10 am! I finally practiced yesterday after 2 months of not practicing (shoulder problem) and i picked up some fun stuff so we'll be trying some of that out.

Just remember, the simple act of showing up on your mat means you're doing great!

YOGIIIIIISSSS it's so hot and jellyfish are doing their jellyfish thing so come to yoga where there's air conditioning, bad jokes, singing, sweating, swearing, laughing, and a playlist that somehow includes both Justin Bieber and the Grateful Dead (I will not apologize for my music choices!). 8/8 at 10 am, green room over the Bottle & Cork.
