What do yall think the ATF/DOJ are going to put out for guidance on processing cans?

Any predictions? Thousands, maybe even millions of cans went out the door with a 4473 this week!

This decision hasn't come lightly, I've been arguing with myself tossing and turning all week and seeking legal counsel.

Just got off the phone with Silencer Co!

Getting set up as a dealer so our shop is covered under the injunction! Hopefully by Monday/Tuesday we'll be ready to play ball running 4473 silencer transactions! 🤞

Silencer on a 4473 update!

It's day 2 of these historic events and I am actively trying to make my business one of the "Covered parties" in this injunction! So we can sell cans on a 4473 background check instead of a form 4!

History was made last night!

As someone who's been in the fi****ms industry for over 10 years.... I gotta figure this out, I'm no attorney, and I need to see something more official than Facebook posts about how to conduct business on something thats been highly regulated for the past century 🙃🙃

The ATF and federal government has been looking for any excuse to put us small shops out of business for years.

As your local ma and pop I'll keep yall posted as I figure it out. Either way I'm super stoked! This is awesome!
