Everyone please welcome Izzy, the newest trainer at True GRIT! Izzy has been running group sessions around the gym, and now she’s ready to focus her attention on individual clients. If you’ve been dealing with chronic injuries, she’s your go-to trainer. Here’s a little more about her:
Hey, I’m Izzy Quane. I am an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer & L1 ATG Coach. My passion for personal training started from my battles with injury as I grew up playing competitive soccer. As I finished my college soccer career in chronic pain, I dedicated the next 4 years to solving it and helping others do the same.
From working with professional and youth athletes to guiding 60-year-old hockey players toward pain-free movement, I’ve seen how strength & mobility give people hope, confidence, resilience and tenacity to achieve what they thought was impossible. I’m on a mission to help you move and feel better in your 30s, 40s, 50s (& beyond) than you did in your 20s.
