THOS Basketball At T.H.O.S Basketball Training we are dedicated to exactly what our names stands for Teaching and Helping Others Succeed.

We have a passion to help youth develop the skills, discipline and love for the game of basketball. Basketball is a game of discipline, passion and skill if we start that early on in our youth they can learn so many other transferable skills. Teamwork, accountability, humbleness, confidence and so much more. We believe all children should be active and healthy which is why every basketball trainin

g BEGINS with conditioning. To have skills and lack stamina is sad thing to see. We teach students that if the want possession of "The Rock" they have to Work! Encouragement and motivation is a key piece to our training sessions and we would hope that our basketball training motivates you student to be a better player, student, and person. We offer ongoing camps focusing on the enhancing the skills of players and offering a unique experience to the player.
