We are officially launching our middle school club teams!

Our goal from the very beginning has been simple: to develop players the right way. The reality is a player’s potential for growth in high school is dependent on the foundation that they built learning the game at a young age. We have noticed that by the time players get serious about development, they’re already too far behind. Not because they don’t have the effort or don’t care, but because they never had the proper foundation built when it mattered.

One theme has become crystal clear to us: players that want to play at a high level in college need great skill development at a young age. We want to be a resource that helps develop the right habits before the pressure and the game speed pick up in high school.

What to expect:
•Tryouts for 2031, 2032, and 2033 at the end of summer
• Fall/winter + summer tournaments (like our HS teams)
• Age-appropriate, high-level tournament play
• No spring schedule—supporting growth of local rec programs first

We truly appreciate everyone that has been a part of building Stealth with us. If you know families/players that would be interested in these teams, please spread the word. Stay tuned for more information and official tryout dates.

We are THRILLED to announce the addition of Sergio Perkovic to our coaching staff!

Sergio was a 3x All-American and All-ACC nominee at the University of Notre Dame. He dominated all four years, becoming the highest scoring midfielder in program history. He has been playing professionally since 2017 and recently led the PLL’s Carolina Chaos to a Championship Series victory. He also earned three PLL All-Star nominations.

Sergio’s on-field success, deep knowledge of the game, and passion for player development will bring tremendous value to the Stealth organization. He is ALL IN on bringing an elite development model to Michigan through our programs. His connections to current college and professional coaches and players will strengthen our existing recruiting network.

Consistency is king.

One of the themes of our Fast Start Program with Oxford High School this winter was making the right play at the right time. Breaking bad habits can be difficult, but that makes the journey even more worth it. Consistent skills, reactions, teamwork, and focus aren't built randomly. They're formed after hours of practicing the right habits over and over.

We are very excited to see Oxford perform this spring. Go Wildcats!

Mental toughness shapes the identity of your program.

This message drove Lake Orion’s Fast Start Program. The focus was simple - the attitude you bring to practice and the effort you put into every session matter. You get out of it exactly what you put in.

This group competed every day and challenged each other to respond to the next play. No time for negative reactions - only opportunities to respond the right way.
After each session, the players left feeling rewarded because they knew they had earned it through their effort.

We are excited to send them into their first season under Coach Chris Wood and can’t wait to see what they accomplish.

Development is earned through consistent, intentional work.

This winter, the Stoney Creek Fast Start program focused on building the fundamentals needed for success across the entire program. Open to freshmen through seniors, our Fast Start Program is designed to develop leadership and establish the standard for what it means to compete.

Stoney Creek had the largest participation of any Fast Start program and showed a strong commitment to improving every single day. The standard has been set for what it means to be a Stoney Creek Cougar.

Thank you to the coaches and players for buying into the process and raising the bar for everyone who follows.
