Congratulations to my powerful friends Kathleen Colin and Gail Perry Mason for completing the 5k on Saturday and the 13.1 on Sunday!! I’m going to brag about it cause I can! Lol. I trained Kathleen her very first run in life at the track in Fort Greene, Brooklyn , Ny. And trained and ran her very first half Marathon WITH her 10 years ago and she hasn’t skipped a beat. Gail was one of my very first group of clients when I returned back to Detroit where we would power walk and run and workout in and around Belle isle in Detroit! We had great fun!! Congratulations ladies!! I’m a proud momma!!! ❤️💪🏾❤️💪🏾❤️💪🏾🙏🏾❤️💪🏾🙏🏾

I’m so very proud of my client and friend Carl Jackson the Third who rocked the half marathon yesterday!! He biked a marathon this pass summer and we worked. through and trained and healed of a knee injury all in one year Now that’s focus!!! 13.1 miles!! In less than 2 hours!! Go Carl!!! I’m so very proud of you!!! ❤️💪🏾❤️💪🏾🙏🏾❤️💪🏾🙏🏾

HAPPY 66th BIRTHDAY!!! To ME!!! And healing for my family. friends and clients!!!! We had a relaxing yet fun and healing Birthday yoga class by THe Trap Yoga Studio’s Awesome Jamel Randall!!! And A sound healing bath from IVY ! Given by the Working out with Lazet Foundation!!’ All before the Birthday Paartaay!!! At the Motown BNB all in the Beautiful Motown Detroit!!! We pray that in this season we HEAL, BUILD UP. LAUGH and DANCE!!!
