Great Work Out yesterday people numbers at weights are picking up players are getting stronger and we building this team the right way this year! I need all my leaders captains to reach out to other players on the team get them to weights. They can hear it from the coaches but from you it sounds different lets push harder weds. Very Proud of the effort double that on weds Special Shout out POLO was in the building!!!!!!

Great Day of weights yesterday Fellas Quan and Rahaim got there first taste of the dungeon! Chris improving as a leader pushing his teammates to do more reps and not to give up. Tyron turning into a physical monster we looking good fellas DAY BY DAY WE GET BETTER AND BETTER..... I NEED MORE VETS IN THE DUNGEON WEDS THE WEIGHT ROOM IS OPEN LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!!
