Prospects was well represented this week by coaches and goalies at KC ELITE GOALTENDING 🌾🇨🇦 camp in Hamilton!
I had an awesome time coaching alongside some amazing goalies and coaches, and getting to see some familiar faces learning from some of their heroes in the game. Cannot wait to see this camp grow in the future!

One last skate with this rockstar before she heads back west. Capping off another dominant season in net, she’s set up to have another record breaking year next season.
On top of that, if you know her, you can’t help but root for her. Truly a favourite in the room and in the community.

Shout out 📣 Southpoint U18 Stars

These ladies came in as a team and worked incredibly hard consistently all season long, and it paid off.
Every one of these girls finished the year stronger, faster, and more resilient!

More importantly, they learned HOW to train, WHY they were doing what they were doing, and set themselves up for a lifetime of safe, effective, training.

Great job guys, and good luck the rest of the way 👍🏻💪🏻

The ladies of were working hard dialling in their post-play habits this week!

These girls are eager to learn and work hard to sharpen their skills.

Just as important, we took the time to discuss the right game situations to use these skills. If a goalie has all the tools but no blueprint, they won’t be able to construct the best game plan. Fortunately, these girls have both 💪🏻
