personal training studio owned by Robert Gardner aimed at giving clients an experience they cannot get at a regular gym. Every workout will be led by a personal trainer so there is never any guessing what to do when you get to the gym. Robert offers individual one on one training and semi-private training available for residents and business professionals in and around downtown Detroit. The privat

e studio gives all participants an opportunity to workout with no crowd and get a great workout everytime they come to the gym.

Today we shut off the lights for the last time at 1420. 12+ years of great workouts, great friendships, and great people.

While its the end of one era for PT in the D downtown, we are excited to start fresh at 950 Selden in Midtown very soon.

Before we move forward tomorrow, we wanted to get our last action shots from the studio from our last few days.

Nothing more to say than thanks to everyone who has supported PT in the D these past 12 years, it means the world. Appreciative of each of you!
