CrossFit: 0yrs formally, but correcting dangerous form whenever I see it in the wild

Doing CrossFit: Started 12 years ago; on-off since, but on for cumulative 6 years

Athletic Background: XC in HS, all the boarding (longboard, skateboard, snowboard), skiing, rock climbing, sprint triathlons (maybe a full soon!), trad weightlifting, CrossFit, DDR, marching band

When not coaching: Working out, gaming, dancing, eating

Education: B.S.E., CF-L1

Favorite movement: All the all the all the cleans

Favorite workout: EMOM40s - something about fixing your head; sticking with it; holding the line or improving just a little bit every round; you get what you put in, so make it count ahaha!
