Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics & Fitness We are open daily during classes. Please give us a call and stop by! Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics provides gymnastics and fitness programming for all levels.

Classes run daily, with open gym on most Saturdays. We also hold birthday parties and can host school groups and other activities.

Meet the people helping shape the future of MN Flyers! 🌟

We’re excited to kick off a new series recognizing the dedicated members of our Board of Directors. Their leadership, support, and passion for our mission help make it possible for us to provide fitness opportunities for all ages and abilities in our community.

Over the next few months, we’ll be introducing the individuals who work behind the scenes to help MN Flyers grow and thrive. First up, Board President Kelsey, Gaming Manager Shannon, and Board Members Ron and Ashley 💙💛

When asked why they joined the Board:

Kelsey - I wanted to be “in the know” and help the gym wherever I could

Shannon - To make a difference in our community and to keep gymnastics available in our community.

Ron - My daughters were in gymnastics, I enjoy gymnastics, and I love MFGF and its mission.

Ashley - To get involved and be a part of something my children also enjoy, while being an active member within the community.

Kick off summer with Open Gym! There are 3 opportunities to join us in the gym next week! Open Gym is Monday, Wednesday and Friday the first week of June - then it moves to weekly on Fridays during the summer. *Please note - there is still Open Gym this Saturday, May 30
