3 years ago I came on as the assistant coach, then I moved to head coach, the last 5 students on my original team received their eagle feathers tonight. I am so proud to say that every student that has been a part of my team has graduated high school and continues to make me proud. After this year, we will only have 2 returning members for next school year. Can't wait to make more memories! Congratulations class of 2026!

Parents that will have a 7th or 8th grader next year, or current 8th grader going to the high school:
The current team will be having a meeting at 10am Wednesday May 13th to go over what quiz bowl is about. If your child(ren) are interested, sign up with Joe, audrey, or Cody at the middle school.

Activities -I am Apart of American Indian student council i have also been in Quiz Bowl for 2 years

My favorite memory in quiz bowl is honestly all of it every competition is something new and i learn something every time!

All i can say for advice is try your best and BE YOU!

After high school Chloe plans on going to school for cosmetology.

Favorite Quiz Bowl Memory - Practices, or the practice we have the night before the competition.
Advice - Lock in, attend all your classes, don't skip any, and have fun, the years go by really fast!

What did you like the most about Quiz Bowl? - The thing I liked the most about being in Quiz Bowl was learning about my culture, whether it was learning about the history or the language. I also liked how everyone got along, being in Quiz Bowl made it feel like my second family. I love the coaches, my teammates, and everyone who encouraged me to join.

MIEA week kept us busy. Here is our photo dump of the ojibwe Quiz bow competition and youth day activities. There was so much to do in a small amount of time. I am proud of these kids, came straight from orlando to MIEA, tired and all they still tried their best.

Our teams seniors made us proud, Clara and Chloe stepped up to carry in the White Earth Nation flag, and Jayson received his plaque and a $500 scholarship for outstanding male athlete.
