General information
We have two practice location, Cypress Lakes Country Club at Ormond in Destrehan and UNO. Practice times are as follows: At Cypress Lakes: WIND (Beginners): Monday - Friday; 5:00 - 6:00. RAIN (Intermediates): Monday - Friday; 6:00 - 7:30 LIGHTNING (Advanced): Monday - Friday; 5:30 - 7:30 At UNO: RAIN (Intermediates): Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 4:30; 4:30 - 6:00 LIGHTNING (Advanced): Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 4:30; 4:30 - 6:00 ** Saturday practices are typically held: 8:00 - 10:00 at Cypress Lakes OR 10:00 - 12:00 at UNO Aquatic Center The Masters team practices from 5-6AM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at Cypress Lakes.
